Does distance healing really work…?
The short answer: yes!
If you're skeptical, you're in good company. Most of my clients were too — right up until their first session.
Energy doesn't behave like a physical object. Every wisdom tradition that has worked with energy has understood that connection isn't bound by proximity, and anyone who has ever felt a loved one's state from across the country has brushed up against the same thing.
What that means practically: you don't need to be in my treatment room to receive the work. You need to be somewhere quiet, at the scheduled time, willing to receive.
WHAT TO EXPECT
What a distance session looks like
You book and share your intention. After you book, you'll get a short intake form. Tell me what's going on — the pain, the pattern, the thing you can't name yet. That's what I work with.
You settle in at home. At your session time, find somewhere you won't be interrupted. Lie down, get comfortable, phone off. You don't need to do anything, prepare anything, or hold any particular thought. We’ll connect on a phone call before we get started, and then I’ll get working.
I hold the session. For the allotted time, I work with your energy field, clearing what's ready to move and restoring flow where it's stagnant. Most people feel warmth, heaviness, tingling, emotional release, or simply fall asleep. Some people feel nothing during and everything after. All of it is normal.
You get your notes. Within 24 hours I'll send you what I observed and what I'd recommend for integration — plus simple aftercare so the work settles rather than dissipates.
