First, let’s talk about activations. What are they?
Not all energy work is designed to do the same thing. A traditional energy healing session focuses on restoring balance: reducing stress, calming the nervous system, and helping the body return to a regulated state. An activation serves a different function.
Drawing on principles now supported by epigenetics, an activation session strengthens the underlying systems that support how information is expressed through your energetic and biological systems, particularly the way your body responds to stress, coherence, and regulation over time. Activations help create conditions in which dormant capacities (skills, insight, resilience, and direction) can emerge more naturally and sustainably. The goal is not a short-term fix, but improved efficiency at the system level.
Because activations establish a foundation, their impact tends to unfold gradually. As the system integrates, many clients report clearer decision-making and a stronger sense of internal direction. Results vary based on the individual and their genetic makeup, but the work is broadly supportive—even for those who approach it with curiosity rather than belief.
For this reason, I typically recommend, and in some cases require, these two foundational activations before moving into more customized or advanced healing work:
Life Activation is usually the first step, as it establishes a stable baseline and improves overall system coherence.
Full Spirit Activation is generally recommended within three months, once the system has adapted, to further support embodiment, capacity, and alignment with personal purpose.
Each session is $300, and includes a set of alchemical tinctures to support integration. When booked together as a package, you’ll save $100.

Step One: Life Activation

After completing the foundational activation sessions, many clients are ready to move into more focused and individualized healing work. These advanced modalities are designed to go deeper: supporting integration, expanding capacity, and addressing specific patterns or goals that emerge once the system is more stable and coherent.
This work is not one-size-fits-all. Rather than offering preset treatments, we’ll work together to design a personalized healing plan based on your intentions, challenges, and desired outcomes. This may include supporting emotional or ancestral pattern release, strengthening vitality and resilience, improving clarity and focus, or addressing blocks that affect how you show up in your life and work.
Each modality is selected intentionally and sequenced thoughtfully, allowing the work to build over time rather than overwhelm the system. The focus is on sustainable change—helping you integrate insights, stabilize progress, and apply the benefits of the work in practical, lived ways.
